OrthoDutch dust-exstraction unit
The Mobil100 is a mobile industrial dust-extraction unit with a clamp closure that makes it easy to empty/replace the collection bag. It has a diameter of 80 mm and more than sufficient suction power for all OrthoDutch milling machines. For best operation, the hose between the milling machine and the extraction unit should not be longer than 5 m.

All OrthoDutch machines are manufactured by a German machine manufacturer. OrthoDutch completes these machines with an aluminum vacuum clamping table specially designed for your application. The powerful maintenance-free vacuum pump is equipped with a special dust filter and holds your EVA securely while milling. Interior lighting is provided for a good view into your machine. Robust stainless steel control knobs with LED lighting make operation very comfortable. The specially constructed aluminum dust-extraction nozzle can be equipped for a small industrial extractor (diameter 40 mm), an extremely powerful industrial extractor (diameter 80 mm) or direct connection to your central extraction installation. Two integrated 220 VAC sockets for the vacuum pump and extraction make it complete.
